Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your lenses. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened, sealed lens pairs in their original blister packaging.
- Defective or damaged products — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or full refund.
- Wrong items received — we will ship the correct product at our cost or refund you in full.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or unsealed lens pairs — contact lenses are hygiene products and cannot be resold.
- Items returned after 14 days without contacting us first.
- Free gifts and final-sale items.
How to Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address within 24 hours.
- Ship the items back (unopened, in original packaging). Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Received the wrong power or color? Contact us within 14 days — for unopened lenses we will arrange an exchange (price difference may apply).
