Delivery
Your tracking number and the carrier's tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order. We will also email you if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. After you receive your order, you are welcome to leave a review.
Please contact us within 60 days of shipment if your parcel has not arrived — our team will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Important notice
Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer (for example, more stringent security checks), shipping times to some destinations may be affected.
Processing time: to guarantee quality, every order is carefully prepared before it leaves our warehouse. Our trained staff perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and package each item carefully so it arrives in excellent condition.
