1. Introduction

1.1. General. This page sets out the terms of use on which you may make use of eyelensy.com (the "Site") and the terms on which we supply the products ("Products") listed on the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user ("You"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, or by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you indicate that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.2. Information about us. The Site is operated by and the Products are sold by LILIANG INC ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United States with its registered office at 891 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209 (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A RETURN ADDRESS — return instructions are provided by our support team).

2. Website use

2.1. Accessing our Site. Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the Site and for ensuring that anyone accessing it through your connection complies with these terms.

2.2. Prohibited uses. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent, harms minors, transmits spam, or introduces viruses, trojans, worms, keystroke loggers or other harmful code; and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected database, or attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack. Breaching these provisions may be a criminal offence — we will report such breaches to law enforcement and cooperate with them, and your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

2.3. Intellectual property rights. We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material published on it. You may print one copy and download extracts for personal reference. You must not modify copies, use images or videos separately from their accompanying text, or use any part of the materials commercially without our written licence. If you breach these terms, your right to use the Site ceases immediately and you must return or destroy any copies made.

2.4. Reliance on information. Commentary on the Site is not professional advice on which reliance should be placed; we disclaim liability arising from any such reliance. We aim to update the Site regularly and may change content at any time; material may be out of date and we are under no obligation to update it.

2.5. Uploading material. Any material you upload is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we may use, copy and distribute it. We may disclose your identity to any third party claiming your upload infringes their rights.

2.6. Linking. You may link to our home page fairly and legally, without suggesting association or endorsement on our part. Our Site must not be framed on another site. Links to third-party sites are for information only — we accept no responsibility for their contents, and our privacy practices do not extend to them.

2.7. Content standards and suspension. Uploaded material must be accurate, genuinely held where it states opinions, and lawful. It must not be defamatory, obscene, hateful, deceptive, infringing, threatening or misleading as to its origin. We determine any breach at our discretion and may withdraw your access, remove material, warn you, take legal proceedings, or disclose information to law enforcement.

3. Sale and purchase of products

3.1. Your status. By placing an order you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 16 years old.

3.2. How the contract is formed. After placing an order you receive an acknowledgment email — this does not mean your order is accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance, confirmed by a despatch confirmation email. The contract forms only when we send that confirmation, and covers only the Products confirmed in it.

3.3. Consumer rights and cancellation. You may cancel at any time within 14 days beginning the day after you receive the Products, for a refund of the product price in line with our Return & Refund Policy. All Products are supplied sealed; the cancellation right ceases if the seal is broken after delivery. To cancel, email [email protected] — we will provide a return address, and the Products must reach us unopened and unmarked within the 14-day period, at your cost and risk. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

3.4. Availability and delivery. Your order will be fulfilled within the delivery time shown for your shipping option at checkout. We are not responsible for any import duty, customs or clearance fees applied by the destination country.

3.5. Price and payment. Prices are as quoted on the Site, inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery costs are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders we have already confirmed. If a Product is mispriced, we will normally charge the lower amount where the correct price is lower, and contact you for instructions where it is higher. Payment is made through the payment providers shown at checkout (such as PayPal or card), which accept most major credit and debit cards; your card or account is charged between the time you place the order and despatch.

3.6. Our refunds policy. When you return a Product — because you cancelled, or because it is defective — we examine it and notify you of your refund entitlement by email. Refunds are issued using the original payment method, usually within 7 business days of our confirmation. Defective products are refunded in full including delivery charges. Products returned unopened within the 14-day window are refunded in full for the product price; return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective or incorrect. 4. Privacy

4.1. Scope and data collected. Our Privacy Policy applies to EyeLensy and You with respect to this Site only. We collect information you submit (name, contact details, order details, prescription values, messages) and information collected automatically (IP, device, browser, visit times, page activity).

4.2. Our use of data. We use your data for internal record keeping, fulfilling orders, improving our services, and — with your consent — marketing emails. We do not sell your personal data. Retention: order data is kept for up to 7 years where required for accounting, otherwise for 3 years.

4.3. Third parties and business transfers. Service providers who help us operate the Site may access data strictly to perform their services. If our business is sold or transferred, relevant data may pass to the new owner under the terms of this policy.

4.4. Controlling and accessing your data. Where you submit data you may be given options to restrict its use for marketing or sharing. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge at any time by emailing us.

4.5. Security and cookies. We maintain suitable physical, electronic and managerial safeguards. Any password you are given must be kept confidential. The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, checkout) as described in our Privacy Policy; denying them may limit site features.

5. Our liability

Our liability in connection with any Product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product. The material on the Site is provided without guarantees as to accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties, and any liability for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of income, business, profits, data or goodwill — however arising, even if foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Place of sale, jurisdiction and applicable law

The place of sale for all transactions on this Site is the United States. These terms and any contracts for Products are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
