If your glasses power is positive (farsighted), use the same figure as your glasses prescription. Note: orders shipped to the US require a valid contact lens prescription.

All orders are processed and ship out within 1–3 business days. This does not apply to items that need additional processing time, such as backordered products.

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Shipping fees do not include any duties that your country's customs may impose.

Returns Policy: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Only unopened, sealed pairs in their original blister packaging can be returned — opened pairs are final sale. Returns ship to our returns center in the United States — we email you the exact address when you contact us.

• Wrong item received: we'll reship the correct item at our cost or issue a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
