How to put in contact lenses?

1. Wash and dry your hands, then take the lens out of the packet gently. Place it on your fingertip and make sure it is not inside out — the edges should form a clean bowl.
2. Hold your upper eyelid open and pull your lower lid down, then place the lens onto your eye with your index finger.
3. Look up, down, left and right so the lens settles in place, then blink a few times.
4. Repeat for the other eye.

How to remove contact lenses?

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before touching your eyes.
2. Gently pull your lower eyelid down and hold your upper lid open.
3. Look up, slide the lens down onto the lower white part of your eye.
4. Pinch the lens gently between your index finger and thumb and lift it off. Repeat for the other eye.

Do your lenses come with prescription?

Yes — every lens on our site can be made with vision correction. Choose your SPH value (from 0.00 down to -8.00 on most models) in the power selector. If you have perfect eyesight or only want the color effect, select 0.00/Plano. Please confirm your diopter values with your eye doctor before ordering.

Why does the actual color look different from the website photos?

Color result depends on several factors we cannot control in photos: lighting, camera filters, your natural eye color, eye shape and makeup. A slight difference between the product photo and the real effect on your eyes is normal and expected.

Kind reminder: if you have any doubt about the lenses you received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the lenses, and we will check for you right away.

What to do when lenses irritate my eyes?

First, soak the lenses in fresh multipurpose contact lens solution for 24 hours, then rinse and rub them gently before wearing again. Always confirm the lens is not inside out — a flipped lens causes irritation, dryness and blurry vision.

Safety rules for wearing contact lenses:

• Always wash your hands before inserting, removing or handling lenses.
• Never lend, borrow or share lenses — sharing can cause serious infections.
• Never sleep in your lenses.
• Insert lenses before applying eye makeup, and remove them before taking makeup off.
• Do not swim or do water sports while wearing lenses.
• New wearers should start with less than 4 hours a day. Once your eyes adjust, do not exceed 8 hours a day.

How to take care of contact lenses?

• Clean and disinfect with multipurpose solution: place the lens in your palm, add a few drops, and rub gently with your fingertip.
• Always use fresh solution, and empty and air-dry the lens case after each use.
• If you do not wear lenses often, replace the solution in the case regularly.
• Rub and rinse your lenses every 2-3 days to prevent protein buildup.
• Keep lenses away from sharp objects and fingernails — they are thin and fragile.

Can I amend my order?

We process orders quickly so parcels leave our warehouse as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed we cannot change the shipping details, quantity, color or power — please double-check everything at checkout. If you just placed the order, email [email protected] immediately and we will do our best to catch it before dispatch.

When will I get my parcel?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination country's customs and postal handling — we cannot control the speed once the parcel is with the carrier.

Where is my order? How can I track it?

Enter your email on our order tracking page to see your order status, or use the tracking number we email you on 17track. Some high-prescription or low-stock items may need 2-3 extra days for customization before dispatch — thank you for understanding.

What if my lenses arrive faulty?

If anything is wrong with your order when the parcel arrives, contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the issue — we will check and put it right for you as soon as possible. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
