- Inspect each lens: it should be moist, clean, damage-free and not inside-out.
- Place the lens on your fingertip, hold your eyelid open and gently place it onto your eye.
- Blink a few times to center the lens — never use nails or sharp objects.
- Remove your lenses before sleeping and store them in fresh multipurpose solution.

If your glasses prescription is negative, your contact lens power is slightly weaker. Use the table below:
