How To Use⌄
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses.
- Inspect each lens: it should be moist, clean, damage-free and not inside-out.
- Place the lens on your fingertip, hold your eyelid open and gently place it onto your eye.
- Blink a few times to center the lens — never use nails or sharp objects.
- Remove your lenses before sleeping and store them in fresh multipurpose solution.

Convert from Glasses Rx⌄
If your glasses prescription is negative, your contact lens power is slightly weaker. Use the table below:
| Glasses Power | Contact Lens Power |
|---|---|
| -0.25 to -3.75 | Same as glasses prescription |
| -4.00 to -4.75 | Glasses power − 0.25 |
| -5.00 to -5.75 | Glasses power − 0.50 |
| -6.00 to -6.75 | Glasses power − 0.75 |
| -7.00 to -7.75 | Glasses power − 1.00 |
| -8.00 to -8.75 | Glasses power − 1.25 |
| -9.00 to -9.75 | Glasses power − 1.50 |
| -10.00 to -10.75 | Glasses power − 1.75 |
| -11.00 to -11.75 | Glasses power − 2.00 |
If your glasses power is positive (farsighted), use the same figure as your glasses prescription. Note: orders shipped to the US require a valid contact lens prescription.
